If you currently have a subscription to BizInt SmartCharts, you can export the results of
an IDdb SmartSheet to BizInt.
You will need to make sure you have the latest version of the BizInt SmartCharts for
Pharmaceuticals - version 2.3.2. You can download this from
http://www.bizcharts.com/download/custphar.
Once you have your results, you need to click on the button Customise Display. This opens up a new window with various options of re-sorting and displaying your results.
For Internet Explorer users:
First configure the BizInt view settings:
- In My Computer or Windows Explorer, on the view menu, click Folder Options.
- Click on the File Type tab.
- Select BizInt Smart Charts Import Data and click Edit.
- Type "data/bizint-raw-data" into the Content Type [MIME] combo box and click OK.
You need only carry out this configuration once.
To export your SmartSheet results:
- Under Display in, check the radio button for Browser View.
- Check the radio button for Smartsheet Export View.
- In the bottom half of the screen check the radio button for Export to BizInt.
- Click on Show to automatically export the data to a new Smartchart.
For Netscape users:
- Under Display in, check the radio button for Browser View.
- Check the radio button for Smartsheet Export View.
- In the bottom half of the screen check the radio button for Export to BizInt.
- Click on Show
- In the pop-up window entitled unknown file type click pick app.
- In the pop-up window entitled configure external viewer click the browse button.
- Locate where BizInt is installed on your computer and double click the icon.
- Choose if you want to save the SmartChart to disk or simply open it.
- Your SmartSheet results will appear in a BizInt SmartChart.
- Once you have configured Netscape in this way, BizInt will launch automatically in future.
