If you are using ISIS/Draw to draw your structure, you can search for specific stereoisomers by setting a
chiral flag. First draw your structure, using up and down bonds. Next, highlight the atom centre in question.
Then, go to the Chemistry menu and choose the Create Chiral Flag option.
If you are using ChemDraw, unfortunately you cannot search for specific stereoisomers. All isomers will be found,
regardless of the structure entered.
